Consider it PURE JOY When you Face Many Trials

James 1:2-8

Trials and Temptations

Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.

Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.

But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.

That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord.

Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.

But now, this is what the Lord says— he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel:

“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you.

When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.

Luke 4:1-13

Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, left the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, where for forty days he was tempted by the devil.

He ate nothing during those days, and at the end of them he was hungry. The devil said to him, “If you are the Son of God, tell this stone to become bread.” Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone.’ ”

The devil led him up to a high place and showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of the world. And he said to him, “I will give you all their authority and splendor; it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to. If you worship me, it will all be yours.” Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.’ ”

The devil led him to Jerusalem and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. “If you are the Son of God,” he said, “throw yourself down from here. For it is written: “ ‘He will command his angels concerning you to guard you carefully; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.’ ” Jesus answered, “It is said: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’ ”

When the devil had finished all this tempting, he left him until an opportune time.

Surely He Shall Deliver Thee from the Snare of the Fowler

WORD

They have eyes to see but they are blind. They have ears to hear but they are dulled of hearing, their ears are waxed gross.

Their hearts speak, sing and proclaim My Name but they are far from Me. Though I am Holy, high and lifted up even above My throne their eyes are shut and they refuse
to be converted and healed.

My children, I know of the distresses you are under, I know the wiles of the devil for he is a champion of great words, oozing charm but his tongue is deadly as a viper.

Surely, I, the LORD shall
free you from the snare of the fowler!

Because you love Me, I have hidden you under the shadow of My Wings; you dwell in My secret tabernacle and My Righteous strong arms are shielding you from all harm.

These people who ensnare you with deceptive, plausible words do hear My Gospel but they do not understand, they see My Kingdom from afar but they do not perceive My Ways. These disciples are
those mentioned in the parable of the wheat and the tares; these disciples are the tares whose seed comes from Satan and has been sown beside the wheat.

The wrath of God has been revealed from heaven against these godless men, these deceived people who hold the truth in unrighteousness. Their foolish hearts darkened so they never grasp the true
mysteries of My parables for they are not given to them to understand.

I make these known to you,
My children and because of this many spy out your freedom in Christ.

For I tell thee the truth, those who stand with Me, stand in liberty and freedom but many do not understand and refuse to face the truth of their own condition before Me. These are the people
who receive My Word among the thorns but the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of wealth
have choked out My Word.

These are they who bear no fruit, they are unfruitful workers of iniquity.

Their deceitful ways, their lying tongues and craftiness shall fall into My net of Judgment. Fear not My little ones, I know those who have betrayed you, they are those who have betrayed Me. Though they have spoken well of you, their hearts are full to the brim of guile and pretence.

Surely, I shall deliver thee My children from the fowlers snare and surely, I shall provide an exit; for I am the Door to joy, joy unspeakable, I am the Door to Life, Life in abundance.

I am the Door of Hope My children and I am making a way for you right now and it shall be by My power alone and by My strong arm that I shall deliver you from the fowlers snare.

Take heart My beloved, I have heard your cries, I have seen those whose insincerity have tried to lure you in to their thinking and ways of deceit.

I shall pay back every wrong that you have received, I shall thrust out those who have caused you untold harm for in My eyes it is high treason against those who belong to the LORD of LORD’s and King of Kings.

These men, these people are the tares that have stood beside you, often in close proximity but now they are ready to be harvested by My angels.

They are as withered branches and ready to be burned by men, these are seeds sown by the devil; fire awaits them. May be some of them will call upon the
Name of the LORD, may be they will learn what it is to speak without guile as Nathanael.

Yes, My children, I have seen your tears as Hannah who was provoked for such a great length of time, a season of long-suffering but she came to Me in the bitterness of her soul.

Take heart My children, I know your expected end and you My precious ones are to have a hope and a future of life and peace!

Come to Me My children, for I have heard your cries, I have seen those around you play trickery with My Word. I tell thee the truth though they hear with their ears they neither understand nor
perceive the things of the Kingdom of God.

My children, I have chosen the foolish things of this world to shame the wise and I shall destroy all men’s words and shall humble many when I come in My glory.

No flesh shall glory in My Presence for ye My children are in Christ Jesus and it is His Righteousness that covers you, you are sanctified, you are redeemed by the blood of the Lamb.

See! I have laid a Chief Cornerstone in Zion rejected of men, an offence unto those who betray Jesus Christ for they love their own ways, they love the traditions of men rather than being transformed by the Spirit of God.

Stand still My children, stand still and see the deliverance of the LORD. Yes, surely, I shall deliver thee from the fowler’s snare for the battle belongs to the LORD. Put your hope in God, for ye shall yet praise His glorious Name.

I declare to you this day My children, no weapon formed against you shall prosper and every tongue that shall rise up against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.

Today I proclaim the opening of prison doors and to those that are bound I proclaim liberty and freedom in Jesus Name!

I, the LORD come to bring comfort to all those who mourn, to give unto you beauty for ashes and the oil of joy instead of mourning and a garment of praise for a spirit of heaviness.

You are of My planting, you are My trees of righteousness, you are the planting of the LORD!

Yes, today, this Day, I decree and declare liberty and freedom in the Name of Christ Jesus, for surely, I shall free you from the snare of the fowler.

I am Jesus and you are My children, My Bride.

Today I set you free! Amen!
